Heritage Oaks RV Park is nice, reasonably-priced park located close to
many attractions and only about 15 minutes from the beaches to the east and
west. About a mile south behind the park toward the water, you will find
walking trails around the inlet and a public boat ramp perfect for fishing
or a day on the boat. The park is filled with large oak trees and many other
types of trees and beautiful plants. It is conveniently located just off Gulf Beach Highway in Pensacola Florida.
If you have stayed or considered staying at Heritage
Oaks more than a year ago, you will be amazed at the amount of
improvements to the Park and areas around it!
 Heritage Oaks is a quiet park with three different areas. The RV area
is in the front of the main office and also behind it. There are park model RVs available for rent
and are located behind the office. To the right of the office are some
manufactured homes and long-term RVs. We
are rated a 3 star park out of five so it is clean, affordable, without many
of the pricey extras. Many residents stay for several months and some
choose to call it home. We offer full hook-up service, free high-speed wireless Internet, shower laundry
and vending services. Our park has been
in Pensacola for many years and folks say it looks better every time they
visit!
 Heritage Oaks is located on Gulf Beach Hwy between Navy Blvd and
Fairfield Rd. It is located two miles from the main entrance to the
Pensacola NAS. There is a new Super Wall-Mart about .9 miles away on
Navy Blvd. and it is close to restaurants and other shopping.
Heritage Oaks has onsite management and maintenance. You will find
the park quiet, safe and well lit. The park does not tolerate loud
music, unsupervised children, loitering, and is proud to be a drug-free
community watch zone. We welcome pets but ask they are walked in the pet area and
picked up after.
